Manufacturing & Processing Time
Each order is crafted upon demand. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for the manufacturing process before your item is shipped. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously create your mini sound system to meet our high standards of quality.

Shipping Times
Once your item is ready to leave our workshop, the shipping times are as follows:

– Spain: Approximately 48 hours
– Europe: Up to 10 days
– Rest of the World: 15 days or more, depending on the destination.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Conesonic has no control over these charges, nor can Conesonic predict what they may be.
